GBS is offering an exciting Learning & Development Internship for ambitious, people-oriented individuals looking to launch their career in Human Resources. The successful candidate will support the L&D function through training administration, coordination, record-keeping, and quality control, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for all training activities
  • Assist in scheduling training sessions and coordinating logistics
  • Track attendance, update training databases, and maintain accurate training records
  • Prepare, organise, and quality-check training materials and resources
  • Capture and manage training-related data
  • Assist with surveys, evaluations, and reporting processes (including SETA-related documentation)
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and information flow

Qualifications

  • National Diploma, Degree, or Honours in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field from a public institution
